Participant Photo Consent

Concrete Youth sometimes takes photographs and video during performances, workshops, events and other activities to document, report on and promote our work. With permission, we may use images of the participant on our website, social media, printed publicity, funding applications, reports, presentations and in press and media, and may share selected images with theatres, venues, funders, education partners and other organisations directly involved in funding, hosting, presenting or delivering our work.

This form is for participants who are children or adults at risk. Parents, carers, support workers and other companions may appear incidentally in photographs or video. If you do not wish to be included, please speak to a member of the Concrete Youth team and we will take reasonable steps to avoid photographing or filming you. Giving permission is optional and will not affect participation. We will respect the participant’s wishes at the time, even where permission has previously been given. Permission can be changed or withdrawn at any time by contacting daniel@concreteyouth.co.uk. We will stop future use and, where appropriate, ask relevant partners to do the same, although we may not be able to retrieve material already printed, independently published or shared.

Photographs, video and consent records will be stored securely in line with our Privacy Notice. Any reference photograph uploaded through this form will only be used to identify the participant for consent purposes, will not be published and will be deleted when no longer needed.
