Please be specific as this helps us to process your booking quickly. If you are booking regular sessions, please provide all dates. Or, if you are a school and booking long-term, please provide term dates. If easier, this can be a link to term dates on your school's website.

Please provide specific times.

Concrete Youth requires at least one member of staff present at all times during our workshops, unless otherwise agreed with a Concrete Youth staff member.

If applicable. (State, Academy, Free, Independent etc)

This is the total cost that you have been quoted. This could be per session or the full project, depending on the structure of the quote that you have been provided.

Are there any specific medical details that the facilitator needs to be aware of? If you are booking for an entire school/class, you need not provide the medical requirements of all students, but you are encouraged to provide context to staff during sessions so we can best support the participants.

Please describe your workshop space in as much detail as possible, giving approximate size and type of floor.

It’s really useful for us to know what type of space we will be teaching in. Will there be tables, mirrors, or chairs? Remember, the space should be of a decent size, and have a suitable floor for exercise. Please ensure the space is wheelchair accessible.

We are unable to work on concrete floors for health and safety reasons.

If this is something you agree with, we are happy to assist with writing permission letters to send home to parents/guardians.
We are also happy to be in photographs for your school/organisation’s marketing materials, website etc. Please be aware that, by agreeing, you consent to Concrete Youth publishing photographs taken in your workshop online, and throughout any marketing materials that Concrete Youth may distribute. We are able to photograph some participants whilst avoiding others.

If so, please post your school/organisation’s social media usernames. We encourage you to post about our visit on your social media channels also.

If so, please add your email address.

By doing so, you are agreeing to receive regular emails from Concrete Youth.

(Improvisation, characterisation, script work, Shakespeare, confidence?)

We offer bespoke workshops, so, whilst we offer packages within a basic theme, we like to work with our schools/organisations to ensure they get everything they want in their workshops.

By clicking I Agree, you agree that you understand, and agree, that:

  1. In the event of cancellation from either party, Concrete Youth will always endeavour to work with the school/organisation to reschedule the workshop(s).

  2. Concrete Youth's ratio policy is 1 Concrete Youth staff member for every 10 participants. Concrete Youth reserves the right to increase the cost of the sessions, if you increase the number of participants in the session, to cover additional staffing costs.

  3. Concrete Youth will send the school/organisation an invoice, to the details provided in the form above. The invoice will be in line with the amount that the booker has inputted into the 'Total Cost' field of this form. Concrete Youth cannot confirm the workshop until it has received remittance. For weekly/monthly workshops, invoices will be sent in advance of each block of bookings. Concrete Youth will always do its best to support you in invoicing in an accessible way to you, please contact us for more information.

  4. All facilitators are in possession of a DBS, which will be available for inspection upon our arrival at the school/organisation. In addition to this, all facilitators own a lanyard with their details and the Concrete Youth logo on it, or a Concrete Youth uniform.

  5. The charity holds Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000.

  6. Travel and accommodation expenses for the staff member will be covered as part of the quote you are provided. In the rare occasion that travel and accommodation quotes are excessively exceeded, Concrete Youth reserves the right to invoice for this deficit.

  7. Concrete Youth reserves the right to refuse admission to our workshops or request any participant to leave in reasonable circumstances.

  8. A member of staff from your school/organisation must be present at all times during the workshop, unless otherwise agreed with a Concrete Youth staff member.

  9. An official contract can be signed between Concrete Youth and the booker, upon the request of either party. If that is not required, this booking form is binding.

  10. If agreed in the above form, you consent for Concrete Youth to take photographs of all (or some) of your students and use them throughout the charity’s marketing campaigns. (Concrete Youth can assist in the writing of permission letters for this.) If you only agree for only a certain number of students to be photographed, you must ensure the facilitator is aware of who cannot be photographed upon arrival.
